Q. What services does Community Futures offer?

A. Community Futures offers Small Business Loans up to $150,000.00, Self-Employment Benefit Program, Boundary Wage Incentive Program, Job Search Courses, BC Benefits Orientation, Business Courses, Computer Enterprise Centre, Youth Services in both Grand Forks and the West Boundary, Business Development Library, a CFB Webpage, Employment Services as well as community economic development within the Boundary.

Q. Who is eligible to use services at Community Futures?

A. Any Canadian employed, unemployed, seeking a new career, wanting to start a new business, needing work related counselling as well as anyone wishing to take any course CFB offers.

Q. Are there any age limits?

A. As long as you are legally able to be employed in British Columbia, there are no age limits.

Q. What hours of the day are Community Futures offices open?

A. CFB is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, and closed on all statutory holidays.
