Succession Planning
As of 2006, 98% of all businesses in BC were small businesses and provided 47% of all employment in the province. A significant number of these businesses are operated by the baby boomer generation and it is predicted that over the next 20 years, there will be a significant shortfall of both business owners and employees.
Community Futures Boundary in partnership with the Grand Forks Credit Union is offering a Succession Planning workshop in February 2011. Watch our event calendar for details.
