Doreen Cavill - Office Administration
Doreen has been the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for the Greenwood office for the past two years. Doreen provides valuable assistance to our staff in the Self-Employment Benefit and Economic Development programs. She also provides assistance in the organization of various meetings and functions at both offices. Doreen brings a strong background in secretarial and administrative work, is extremely organized and prides herself on being a conscientious worker that is willing to go that extra mile to get the job done!

Holly Hume - Employment Services
Holly is one of our seven Employment Counsellor´s and was the lead Facilitator for the Boundary Youth Success program in 2007. Holly´s background includes employment with various social services agencies in Calgary where she has worked with individuals, families and youth in various capacities since completing her Social Work Diploma. Most recently Holly has received training in Introduction to Essential Skills and Essential Skills Assessments and Myers Briggs Assessment is a Certified Career Development Practitioner.

Susan Green - Business Analyst
Susan recently celebrated her 10 year tenure with Community Futures. In addition to her current role as the Loans Development Officer and Aspect Training Coordinator Susan manages the Micro and Macro Loan portfolios. Susan´s background includes 23 years with CIBC in personal and commercial banking. She has her APEC-IBIZ Certified Small Business Counselor and Pan West Certified Business Analyst certifications and has 20 years of experience in self-employment ventures.
