Wendy McCulloch

Wendy joined the Community Futures team as the General Manager in June 2005. Wendy has worked diligently with the Boundary Community, her Board of Directors, Staff, and Stakeholders to foster a collaborative approach to economic and labour market issues in the Boundary Region. Her employment experience includes; Community Futures - Okanagan Similkameen (5 years), Okanagan University College (2 years), and the Business Development Bank (21 years). She has also been self-employed, owning and operating 5 different business ventures.

Anna Lactin - Adminstrative Assistant / Project Coordinator

Anna Lactin

Anna joined the team at Community Futures Boundary in September 2006 as Lead Office Administration. Since then, her assistance has been key in coordinating many programs offered through our organization. In addition to a Certificate in Office Administration Anna obtained her in house CF Organization Certification in 2009. In the spring of 2009, Anna stepped into the role of Coordinator for the Targeted Initiative for Older Workers Program and continues to coordinate subsequent sessions of that program throughout the year. As the first contact in our office Anna provides professional and friendly assistance to our clients.

Susan Green - Business Analyst

Susan Green

Susan recently celebrated her 10 year tenure with Community Futures. In addition to her current role as the Loans Development Officer and Aspect Training Coordinator Susan manages the Micro and Macro Loan portfolios. Susan´s background includes 23 years with CIBC in personal and commercial banking. She has her APEC-IBIZ Certified Small Business Counselor and Pan West Certified Business Analyst certifications and has 20 years of experience in self-employment ventures.

Sandy Elzinga - Employment Services Team Leader

Sandy Davis

Sandy Elzinga has worked for Community Futures Boundary for 11 years and has filled a variety of roles throughout this time. Sandy has continually demonstrated her commitment to the Grand Forks community through her work with the Boundary Family & Individual Services Society, the Ministry of Social Services & Housing and the Grand Forks Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the Career Management Association and Boundary Interagency Group and Adult Literacy Program.

Sandy is the Team Leader of the Employment Services department and is instrumental in securing and renewing contracts for Community Futures Boundary.

Dylan Zorn - Employment Services

Dylan Zorn

Dylan has been working as the Youth Coordinator/ Employment Counselor in Employment Services for three years. Dylan´s experience as the Program Director at Pines Bible Camp provided him with the opportunity to mentor, train and facilitate groups of teenagers in life and work experience programs. This knowledge has been invaluable in his role as Youth Coordinator. Dylan recently earned his Career Development Practitioner Certificate to complement a BA Degree in Youth Work and a Diploma in Outdoor Recreational Leadership.

Dylan´s innovative and inquisitive style continues to seek out creative solutions to our ever changing client needs. Dylan also plays an active role in his family business North Fork Pork & Poultry as a Marketing Consultant and Farm Hand.

Caroline Todoruk - Employment Services

Caroline Todoruk

Caroline began her career with Community Futures five years ago and has since then moved into Employment Services. Caroline spent 17 years in social services and probation services. Her qualifications include Social Service Worker, Career Facilitator Certification and near completion of her Career Development Practitioner Certification. Caroline also serves as a Boundary Restorative Justice Facilitator and has a small catering business.

James Wilson - Employment Services

James Wilson

James was hired as Project Coordinator for the Boundary Youth Success Program in 2010 and has recently moved into the Employment Services department. James has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Youth Studies and has facilitated computer skills based workshops and computer training for the TIOW and BYS programs. James is currently working on his COMPTIA Certification.

Andrea Zibin - Employment Services

Andrea Zibin

Andrea is an Employment Counselor and has worked with numerous programs including Job Wave Program, Ministry of Income Assistance - Road Ahead Program, SEB, BWIP, SDEB, Facilitation of various Employment workshops. She has a Career Facilitator Certificate and is Certified Career Development Practitioner.

Sarah Winton - Community Economic Development

Sarah Winton

Sarah started with Community Futures Boundary two and half year ago and has taken on several projects during this time including Project Coordinator for the Boundary Youth Success Program and The Regional Chamber of Commerce Initiative. Sarah is continually involved in Community Economic Development and provides assistance to grass roots groups and community organizations for grant writing, identifying funding opportunities and project management.

Prior to moving to the Boundary area Sarah volunteered at Options for Sexual Health, Salt Spring Island Cooperative Preschool Society and was self employed. Sarah sits on the Board of Directors for the Boundary Family and Individual Services Society and The Boundary Youth Soccer Association.

Lori Wakefield - Financial Administrator

Lori Wakefield

Lori is the Financial Controller for Community Futures Boundary and has also worked as a Self-Employment Benefit Counselor. Lori´s accounting background includes general accounting for 3 years, Human Resources 1 year and Boundary Family Individual Services Society Accountant 3 years. Lori is presently in her 3rd year CGA program and has been running her own accounting business for 14 years.
